45 Hours Sales Associate Post-License Class

This 45 hour class is a practical “how to” course for a real estate sales associate. Require class must be completed within 2 yrs upon receiving Sale Associate License. Topics include: the law of agency, misrepresentation in real estate, appraising real property, competitive market analysis, obtaining listings, preparing listing presentations, marketing listings, preparing real estate contracts, FHA, VA and conventional financing and closing real estate transactions.
